    Are there parking spaces at Puro Palma?

    Unfortunately we do not have parking places. There is however a public car park situated 150m from Puro Palma where you can leave your car for a cost of approximately 26€ per day.

    Are sunbeds at Purobeach included if I am a Puro Palma client?

    Sunbeds at Purobeach Palma are included, if you reserve a room via our purohotel.com website. Sunbeds at Purobeach Illetas are separate with a special discount for Puro Palma guests. For more details please contact us or call us per E-Mail at: reservations@purohotel.com or Tel: +34 971 425 450

    Is there any kind of transport between Puro Palma and Purobeach?

    We operate a shuttle bus which is available to our clients. The service is free of charge and operates during the months when Purobeach is open. This service is very popular amongst our clients, and is also why it is very important to reserve in advance in order to be sure you get a place.

    Is there a swimming pool and SPA at Puro Palma?

    There is a small swimming pool and shower on the rooftop terrace where clients can have a refreshing dip. We have also an Outdoor whirlpool and and Indoor Spa with 2 massage rooms, a relax area, Turkish Bath, Sauna, Ice Fountain, showers and changing rooms with lockers.

    Can I cancel a reservation or change the dates?

    Cancelation policy of the non-refundable bookings made from 14th of March until the 30th of June 2020 (arriving between 1st of April and 30th of June 2020):
    Only allowing flexible change of dates depending on room availability.
    Future date prices may vary.
    100% Expenses, your original monies will be credited to your new booking.

    Is there a restaurant at the Hotel?

    Yes, we have a restaurant which according to Tripadvisor is recognized as one of the best in Palma. We offer a fusion of Mediterranean and Asian cuisines at our restaurant.

    Is it possible to organize an event at Puro Palma?

    Yes. We have meeting rooms at Puro Palma equipped with the latest technology, with a capacity up to 40 people. You can also organize outdoor events on our patios, lunch and dinner at our restaurant.

    Is Puro Palma open all the year?

    Yes we are open all year

    Is Purobeach open all the year?

    No, Purobeach normally opens in April and closes in October, subject to forecasted meteorological conditions.

    Is it possible to book rooms in the Private Wing?

    Private Wing is an annex of the main building which can be completely booked for groups and events. Private Wing rooms can also be booked for individual use.
